This notice explains what happens to your answers when you talk to an AI interviewer on this page. Please read it before starting the interview — accepting it is required to begin.
Who processes your data?
The interview service is operated by Metrika ([TO BE COMPLETED: legal name, registered address, e-mail]). The interview was commissioned by a client — the organization that invited you; they receive your answers and further process them for their own purposes.
What data is recorded?
During the interview, the following data is created and stored:
- The full transcript of the conversation — everything you type during the interview is saved verbatim.
- Technical details of the interview: timestamps and the interview status.
- A truncated fingerprint (hash) derived from your IP address — your raw IP address is never stored.
What is it used for?
The conversation is recorded: your answers are saved as a transcript so they can be reviewed after the interview.
The commissioning client receives the transcript: whoever commissioned this interview can read the conversation, and may follow it live while it happens. Analyzing and using the transcript is the client’s task and responsibility.
By default the interviewer does not ask for your name or other identifiers. Anything you volunteer about yourself is stored as part of the transcript — share only what you intend the client to see.
AI processing
The interviewer’s questions are generated by artificial intelligence (a large language model). To do this, your answers are transmitted for processing to the OpenAI API, which acts as a data processor. This may involve transfers outside the European Union (United States); the transfer is safeguarded by OpenAI’s data-processing terms and EU-recognized mechanisms ([TO BE COMPLETED: exact basis, e.g. EU–US Data Privacy Framework / standard contractual clauses]).
Legal basis and voluntariness
Participation is voluntary; processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give via the checkbox before starting the interview.
You can withdraw your consent at any time: you may stop the interview whenever you wish, and you can request deletion of answers already recorded via the contact below.
How long is it kept?
The transcript is stored until the purpose of the interview — delivering the result to the commissioning client — is fulfilled, or until the client requests its deletion. On deletion the transcript is removed permanently and irrecoverably. [TO BE COMPLETED: concrete retention period once agreed with the client.]
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may at any time request:
- information about the data held about you (access),
- correction of inaccurate data,
- deletion of your data,
- restriction of processing,
- a portable copy of your data.
